We want to make things as easy as possible for you, below is a few frequently asked questions answered without the jargon.

Q - Do i need to have my suite fitted by you if i buy from your showroom ?
A - No, You can buy your items from us and either fit them yourself or have your own fitter install the items for you.

Q - Do you only sell full suites ?
A - No, You only buy the pieces you need. We are not sales people, we help you find the right items at the best prices.

Q - Can you deliver the items to my home address?
A -We can organise delivery for a small fee based on the delivery area. You are able to collect the item as soon as its received a quality check from the showroom.

Q - I'm looking for a bespoke unit, Can you help me?
A - Yes, We work with a number of manufacturers who specialise in bespoke units. Please visit us to discuss your ideas.

Q - Do you accept credit and debit card payments?
A - Yes, We accept payments via card in the showroom.

Q - How long does it take for items to be delivered ?
A - Every company works to a different timescale. Some items can be with us the next working day however we would always advise a 3-5 working day timeframe. Tailor made items will be longer but we will always give you an estimated delivery date when orders are placed.

Q - Do you offer trades accounts ?
A - Yes we work with a number of trades people. Please get in touch for more information.

Q - Is it just bathroom suites you have ?
A - We sell a wide range of Plumbing items not limited to Bathroom suites. We offer tiles, cladding and flooring. Building products and finishing pieces. If you have any product queries please contact us.

Q - Do you offer a design service?
A - As standard with your bathroom renovation we will provide a bathroom design. This allows you to see the project come to life and give you the ability to make changes to fit the room. We aim to help you as much as possible throughout your journey with us .

Q - Do you offer a fitting service for suites from other companies?
A - Unfortunately we do not offer a fitting service for products bought from other companies at this time. We work closely with a number of trades in the local area who may be able to assist you.

Q - Do you price match with other companies?
A - We are happy to review any quotes you have received to see if we can match or reduce your price. While we cannot guarantee a match, we will always do our best to assist you. Please feel free to reach out with the details!

Q - How long does it take to get a quote for a full refurbishment?
A - We aim to book your home visit in the day you speak to us, this date is usually with-in 2 weeks. We then have a quote to you within 10 days of our visit.

Q - When will i be able to get the work done?
A -Our diary is ever changing, as such it is difficult to give broad timescale. Please speak to us to discuss our next available dates.
