1. All quotes are valid for 28 days from the date of creation.
1.1 If you accept the quote, however a purchase is not made within 28 days, a new quote will be required.
1.2 If you return after 28 days from the date on the quote, then a new quote will be required.
2. Orders are placed once payment is received, you will be advised of approximate delivery timescale at the time of purchase.
3. All items are ordered based on your specifications. Please ensure your order is correct, alterations later will be chargeable.
4. You will be contacted once your item arrives and has undergone quality inspections. Orders will be held for 7 days only. Please ensure they are collected as refunds will be subject to an admin and re-stocking charge deductions of up to 40%.
5. If your order is no longer required, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders may be subject to an admin and re-stocking charge of up to 40%.
6. We may on occasion offer delivery. This is only if requested at the time of your purchase. Delivery is subject to charges based on area. This is strictly at the discretion of the business. Delivery directly from manufacturer will be at a cost set by them and at their own discretion.
7. Items are non-refundable once collected unless they are faulty. Faulty items will be replaced once inspection has been completed in line with manufacturers warranty. Accidental or negligent damages will not be replaced or repaired without charge.
8. Orders which are placed on a trade account basis will only be actioned with instruction of named account holders. All customers must be over the age of 18 to purchase any items.
9. Purchases made within the showroom are monitored and any customer found to be exploiting the policy as above will be stopped from placing orders. This includes but is not limited to repeatedly amending orders at short notice, returns or cancelations and any abuse towards staff.
10. Damages caused within the showroom are chargeable and will be invoiced at the book price of the items.
11. Any persons caught stealing from the premises will be reported and prosecuted. They will not be permitted back on the premises following this act.
