
Terms and conditions for Installations
We understand that the process can feel daunting, but we strive to make it easy and straightforward for you as we can. Below, you'll find information to help you understand what to expect.

1. All quotes are based on the visible condition and the information provided on our visit. Should there be additional work that needs to be carried out when removing the old suite, we will make you aware of this as soon as possible.
1.1 Repair works, were possible, will be carried out by us to make safe and fix any underlying problems. On occasions this work may incur additional costs. These costs would be discussed with you before work is carried out.
1.2 If you decline to carry out the works, we will be unable to continue with the project and work will be halted until the necessary repairs have been completed. A new date may need to be arranged for completion of the work and payment required for the work carried out to that point.
1.3 Should you choose not to complete the work, we will leave in your possession the bathroom suite purchased, an invoice will be issued for work carried out to that point.
2. All quotes are valid for 28 days from the date of creation, should you accept in this time the prices will be held for the work to be carried out on the agreed date.
2.1 If you accept the quote however a start date is not agreed within the 28 days, a new quote will be required.
2.2 If you return after 28 days from the date on the quote, then a new quote will be required.
2.3 We reserve the right to request a £100 non-refundable deposit for any person requiring multiple quotes, this includes previous nonresponse to quotes sent. This will be taken from the final invoice.
3. PAYMENT SCHEDULE – Initial instalment is required to book your date, this is £250 or 10% of the total cost (whichever is greater). No date is held without this payment been made to Warrior Bathrooms. This payment is taken from the final invoice and is non-refundable should you cancel your booking. Second payment is as scheduled in your quote and due 6 weeks before start for bespoke items and 3 weeks before start for book items. Final instalment is due on the day of completion.
4. All items are provided and installed as per the specifications outlined in the quote. Please ensure that you are happy with the details held within the quote and make us aware of any changes as soon as is possible.
4.1 A new quote can be provided for modifications up to 1 month before work is due to start.
4.2 We cannot install items bought through a 3rd part for insurance and warranty purposes.
4.3 Any items which are installed but you decided you no longer want, can be removed and replaced; however these will become chargeable, a price will be provided before work is carried out.

5. If you change your mind about the project and choose to cancel the work booked, then the below provisions will apply.
5.1 If the project is cancelled 1 month prior to deposit becoming due no further charges would apply however the Initial payment for booking would not be returned.
5.2 Should the project be cancelled in the week the deposit is made then we reserve the right to withhold up to 25% of the deposit, as re-stocking charges are levied against the business.
5.3 Should the project be cancelled in the second week the deposit is made then we reserve the right to withhold up to 50% of the deposit, as charges are levied against the business.
5.4 Should the project be cancelled when the start date is within 3 calendar days the suite and associated items purchased will be left in the customers possession and up to 100% of the deposit withheld.​
In every instance we will work with you to try and find a more suitable alternative to cancellation. Where this is unavoidable due to circumstances outside of either party control the above may be waivered, but this is at the sole discretion of the business.
6. We ask that any persons remaining in the property whilst the project is ongoing are over the age of 18 or are accompanied by a responsible adult, to prevent injury or damage.
7. On completion of the project an end pack will be provided including the final invoice which becomes payable.
7.1 Invoices are payable by Bank transfer, by card or cash at Warrior Bathrooms Studio Potto Street Shotton (opening hours apply) within 7 calendar days.
7.2 If the invoice is not paid within 7 calendar days a reminder will be issued with a £50 admin fee added.
7.3 If the invoice is not paid within 14 calendar days a further reminder will be issued with an additional £50 admin fee added.
7.4 If the invoice remains unpaid after 28 Calendar days a notice will be issued, £100 admin fee will be chargeable and collection or legal proceedings commenced. ​
If you have any queries or concerns about your invoice, please reach out to us as soon possible to prevent additional fees.
8. Any work carried out by Warrior Bathrooms is covered by our guarantee and runs in line with the manufacturer warranties. This will be provided in a separate document in your end pack.
9. Any accidental or wilful damage to items is not covered under the guarantee and become a chargeable repair. If damages occur due to cleaning chemicals been used, against our advice, these become chargeable repairs. An inspection will be carried out on notifying us of any defect and you will be advised accordingly.
10. All rubbish will be removed from the property either by Warrior Bathrooms or a 3rd party waste collection service. All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure these parties are reputable and hold the necessary licences.
Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that you are happy with the service provided by Warrior Bathrooms, we understand that things can happen.
